• Host your website yourself or if you don't have your own hosting go and buy it! “Free” hosts like geocities and simila,r and any other free host available out there will boot you once the site begins to grow. I know this from my experience and that is why I won't accept any free hosted sites. Hosting is cheap these days, you can find great deals for $10/month and less. Check Cyberwurx for example, they are recommended hosting company if you ask me.
• Would you enjoy surfing your own site? If it sucks, then I will NOT be exchanging links with you.
• No nudity! Topless pics are OK but no more than that.
• No more than 1 popup. They are weak and most people block them.
• No sites with scams, malware, virus, stolen content, illegal content etc. Beside the fact that you won't be listed here, I will also report your ass to the authorities so be careful.
• Various other common sense rules that I might or might not apply at the time of approving link exchanges, which depends on my mood that day. Not negotiable!
